By entering this discussion & support community you agree:

• Not to provide false information about your identity or impersonate any person to maliciously attempt to mislead others about your identity or the origin of a message, situation or other communication.  This includes using more than one posting name to post during controversy or otherwise.  If you are found to be doing this, Elite Makeover Centers maintains the right to let others on the board know of your actions so they are no longer deceived.  You may also be banned if found guilty of "double identity posting."  While we respect your privacy, if you are behaving in a manner to purposely deceive others for your own gain or amusement, you will be banned from our forums. 
• Not to provide false information, or hearsay, regarding a surgeon or surgeons to dissuade others from going to him or her. This is important so that accurate information can be made available to the public. 
• Not to post messages with the intent of dissuading others from seeing a specific surgeon by name.  If you are determined to warn others, simply post your photos and allow the other posters to make their own choices.  All other postings, including and not limited to libelous or defaming posts, will be removed.  Elite Makeover Centers legally maintains Publisher's Status and therefore will not allow itself to be subject to the legal ramifications of your postings and will promptly remove them.
• Not to engage in any systematic extraction of data or data fields, including without limitation, e-mail addresses. 
• Not to transmit junk mail, spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited bulk e-mail or duplicative messages. 
• Not to solicit any member without their express permission beforehand for any reason whatsoever, including and not limited to participation in other websites, polls, surveys, questionnaires, journals, interviews, advertisements, etc.
• Not to collect information about others without their consent.
• Not to harass anyone about their race, sexual preference, age, gender, physical or mental abilities.
• Not to participate in unfriendly "bashing" of others regardless if they are present or not.
• Not to display extreme rudeness or vulgarity to another visitor.
• Not to gather names or email addresses for the sake of spamming, slamming, promoting, inviting, and any other form.
• Not to participate in sexual harassment or harassment of any kind. 
• Not to plan or discuss illegal activities
• Not to post any messages containing material which may be construed as sexism or racism or hate mongering, in general.
